The following policies shall apply to all online orders processed and fulfilled by G3:
All payments must be made in advance of shipping, and must be made via credit card. All purchases are final and no returns will be accepted, unless a manufacturing quality defect is verified by G3.
G3 is the exclusive distributor of Petainer products in the following thirteen (13) states of the Western U.S.: AK, AZ, CA, CO, HI, MO, NM, NV, OR, UT, WA, and WY.
Petainer kegs are available with the minimum purchase of 20 kegs for 20L kegs and 12 kegs for 30L kegs. For customers interested in purchasing more than 80 20L kegs or 48 30L kegs, please contact G3.Order@G3Enterprises.com or 1-855-G3-ORDER (1-855-436-7337).
Validating Your Order
After you place an order, G3 will check the information you give it for validity by verifying your method of payment (e.g. billing address if using a credit card) and/or shipping address. G3 reserves the right to reject any order you place with G3, and/or to limit quantities on any order, without giving any reason. If G3 rejects your order, G3 will attempt to notify you using the telephone number, e-mail, and/or billing address you have given G3 with the order. Your credit or debit card will normally not be charged if G3 rejects an order, but G3 will process a refund if the charge has been made against your card.
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify G3’s acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of G3’s offer to sell. G3 reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
G3 may, at its discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household, or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by the same Site account, the same credit card, and orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event G3 makes a change or cancels an order, G3 will attempt to notify you by contacting you at the telephone number, e-mail address, and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made.

Inventory and Substitutions
Though G3 continually monitors its inventory to ensure product availability, there are times when products may be out of stock. G3 will call or e-mail you to determine if you would like to wait for the product to be in stock, substitute other items, or cancel part or all of the order. In cases where a substitution is necessary, G3 will contact you before shipping and provide the option to select other items. If you decide not to make a substitution, G3 will ship available items minus the out of stock item(s) or cancel the order if you prefer to do so.
Third Party Processing Orders
G3 accepts payment through the following credit cards: Visa®, American Express® and MasterCard®.
All orders placed on this Site are subject to product availability and will be shipped according to G3’s Shipping Policy.
You are responsible for all shipping charges unless G3 agrees otherwise in writing. Shipping charges will be calculated during the online ordering process. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable unless G3 sends the wrong item.
In G3’s experience, you are likely to receive a shipment sooner if an adult will be available to sign for shipments at the “Ship To” address during business hours. For that reason, G3 recommends using a business address. G3 cannot ship to P.O. boxes.
G3 warrants that the goods supplied to you in fulfillment of orders placed on this Site will conform to the descriptions provided on this Site, and that G3 will convey good title thereto. G3 MAKES NO WARRANTY THAT THE GOODS SHALL BE MERCHANTABLE OR FIT FOR ANY PARTICULAR PURPOSE. G3 MAKES NO WARRANTY, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, EXCEPT SUCH AS ARE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THIS ONLINE STORE POLICY. IN NO EVENT SHALL G3 BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO ANY GOODS SOLD BY G3. G3's liability and your exclusive remedy for any breach of warranty is expressly limited to, at G3's option, the repair of defective goods, or the replacement thereof with conforming goods, or the repayment of the purchase price. G3's liability for damages shall in no case exceed the purchase of the particular quantity of goods delivered with respect to which damages are claimed. Replacement of defective goods or repayment of their purchase price will be made only after inspection by G3 and return of such goods at the cost of G3, in accordance with shipping instructions given to you by G3. Claims under this limited warranty must be made in writing within fifteen (15) business days of the shipment date. Your failure to make a claim within said fifteen business days shall be a waiver of that claim unless such claim is the result of a latent defect that could not be detected by you upon reasonable inspection, in which case your failure to make a claim within three (3) months from shipment shall be a waiver of that claim.
No waiver by G3 of any breach of any provisions hereof shall constitute a waiver of any other breach or of such provision. G3'S FAILURE TO OBJECT TO PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN ANY COMMUNICATION FROM YOU SHALL NOT BE DEEMED AN ACCEPTANCE OF SUCH PROVISIONS OR AS A WAIVER OF THE PROVISIONS OF THIS CONTRACT.
Technical advice furnished to you by G3 before or after delivery in regard to the use of said goods that is furnished without charge, is furnished on the basis that it represents G3's best judgment under the circumstances and is to be used or acted upon at your sole risk.
You shall release, hold harmless, indemnify and defend G3 from and against any loss, liability, claims, suits and costs caused by, arising out of, or relating to the design of goods supplied hereunder or the design of the packages or containers in which they are shipped, if such goods, packages or containers were made to your design or specifications.
Term of Sale
Terms of sale and delivery are only expressed as set forth in this Online Store Policy. No other terms, warranties, conditions, agreements or representations, and no waiver of, or change in any terms herein shall be binding on G3 unless in writing and signed by G3. No third party shall enjoy the benefits of these terms nor shall have any rights under this Online Store Policy.
Purchases made at this Site, and this Online Store Policy shall be governed by, construed under, and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts provisions. To the extent that the terms of this Policy may vary from the Uniform Commercial Code of the State of California, the provisions of this Policy shall govern. To the extent that any provisions contained in this Policy shall be determined to be unenforceable, all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect and the affected provisions shall be construed, as to be enforceable to the maximum extent permissible by applicable law.
Errors on this Site
Prices and availability of products and services are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and G3 reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, G3 will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
Processing Your Order
Orders received by 9:00 AM PST, Monday – Friday will be available to ship on the 3rd business day.
Order Changes or Cancellations
Changes to your order or the delivery address for your shipment must be submitted within two (2) hours of placing your order to G3.Order@G3Enterprises.com. You will incur a charge of Twenty U.S. Dollars ($20) per change for any modifications made to your order after the two (2) hour window has expired.
